Working in a series of Sprints, students break into Scrum Teams fulfilling all of the roles on a team to deliver, simulating real-life problems.
This is one of the most valuable courses. During the training, participants experience Scrum not only from the theory and mechanic’s perspective but also values and principles. They deliver a real product. Also, they experience new, agile ways of working that enable teams to deliver more value, satisfy stakeholders and work better together. Students work together as a team in a series of Sprints to build a product, facing the same problems they face outside of class and learning how to use Scrum to address them.
I would say for everyone, and this is not an exaggeration. My recommendation to participate in the class is for roles such as Managers, Leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Development Team members, Project and Program Managers. Everyone who is a part of the Scrum team or supports Scrum Teams.
