With an extensive background in business, training, and consulting, I bring 25+ years of experience in various domains, ranging from large corporate environments to small startups, from teams to the C-suite.
I serve organizations as a Consultant and accredited Professional Scrum Trainer (Scrum.org). Beyond Scrum, my expertise includes Evidence-Based Management, Product Management including Experimentation, Kanban, Learning Organization, and the broader concept of Business Agility. This vast experience helps me collaborate with organizations, ensuring that the strategies I implement are both tested and tailored when needed.
I cooperate with various industries, such as IT, banking, marketing, sales, pharma, and HR, and help them discover a path toward delivering business and customer value.
I was honored to be a Steward (co-creator) of the Professional Agile Leadership-Essentials course at Scrum.org. I contributed directly to the content and direction of a program that has influenced countless professionals.
At this moment, in addition to training and consulting efforts, I co-create the official Scrum.org content on leadership and product management.
So far, I have trained several thousand people.
I have had the privilege of lecturing at esteemed universities and business schools, where I teach postgraduate courses such as “Holilider,” Introduction to Agile, Product Ownership, Evidence-Based Management, and Agile Leadership. I was also a lecturer at the MBA University of Economics in Kraków and AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
Also, I am a regular conference speaker, giving talks at conferences, meet-ups, and Communities of Practice.
Beyond traditional teaching roles, I also wear the hat of a mentor and business coach. My coaching credentials are backed by a postgraduate university course in coaching, which is ICF-compliant.
I am involved in the Women in Technology organization, supporting dedicated individuals who want to grow.
