Public Speaking Workshop

This is an intensive, hands-on training designed to help participants speak with confidence, clarity, and impact – whether they’re leading a meeting, giving a business presentation, or speaking on stage. We focus on real-world situations, reducing stress, and building authentic connection with audiences.

Who is this workshop for?

For professionals who speak in front of teams, clients, cameras, or at meetings, workshops, training, and conferences – and want to do so with more ease, confidence, and influence. Participants will learn how to prepare their message, manage stress, and use voice and body language as tools for persuasion and engagement.

Workshop Program

Module 1: Body Language and Nonverbal Communication
How does your posture affect your confidence and the way others perceive you? Participants learn how to use open posture, eye contact, and gestures, and understand key differences between online and in-person speaking.

Module 2: Stress Management in Public Speaking
Why does stress show up in public speaking? What are the physiological and emotional responses? Based on psychophysiology research, this module introduces practical techniques for staying calm and focused.

Module 3: Audience Engagement and Storytelling
How do you hold attention and build connection with your audience? Participants learn techniques such as storytelling, rhetorical questions, emotional awareness, and how to handle difficult questions.

Module 4: Voice, Intonation, and Speaking Pace
How do you speak so people want to listen? We work on articulation, vocal strength, rhythm, and the power of silence.

Module 5: Improvisation and Thinking on Your Feet
How do you speak when you’re not prepared? This module explores the principles of improvisation and how to stay composed in unexpected situations.

Duration: 1 day (8 hours + breaks)
